Notices for the railway container freight consolidation and bills of freight:
1. Because the rail transport has a special requirement about the loading and unloading of the cargo container, when loading the container, you should pay attention to collocation of the goods weight to assure that goods can be uniformly distributed in the cargo container in case that the center of gravity of the cargo container isn’t in the middle. Do try to avoid such a phenomenon that one end of the freight container is heavier than the other one.
2. The consignee can pick up goods with the identification card in the rail transport. The rail transport note of large denomination and other documents are only the verification of goods receipt and delivery but not the document of goods property, so one can’t use the note of large denomination to pick up goods.
3. In the rail transport, one wagon can hold one forty-foot container or two twenty-foot containers. Thus, two twenty-foot containers need to be delivered at a time. Besides, the weight disparity between two containers should be less than 5 tons. The goods weight in the twenty-foot container should be less than 21.5 tons and the goods weight in the forty-foot container should be less than 25 tons.
The bill of document needed in the customs declaration of China
A. The bill of document for the commodity inspection(names of articles that need the commodity inspection according to regulations of China Customs)
1. one packing list (original copy)
2. one invoice (original copy)
3. one contract (original copy)
4. the power of attorney for the entry inspection agency in three copies (original copy, contents of the entrusting party should be filled)
5. if the entry inspection your company provides is the slip, documents in the above needn’t be provided.
6. if your company asks our company to do the entry inspection, documents in the above should be provided.
Notes:
1. the means of transport in the entry inspection should be the train.
2. the entry inspection can be more than or equal to the customs declaration data, but it shouldn’t be less than the customs declaration data.
3. one piece of entry inspection and one bill of document for the customs declaration. They can’t be used separately.
